The media machine has cranked up another notch, and I made it onto the TV screen this week. My segment on Is This A Great State or What?, with Galen Culver and titled, appropriately, “The Bird Painter”, aired Wednesday night and I couldn’t be happier with it. Mr. Culver treated me very kindly, especially in editing, and got some nice closeups of brushstrokes (you can watch me working on an acrylic of Orange-chinned parakeets from sketches made in Gamboa, Panama) and a good selection of paintings.
